Saving with encoding did not appear to help. My workaround at the moment is placing Visual Studios labels for headers and such. What a pain.

Displaying Chinese characters at design time

Environment: MS Vista Ultimate 32 MS Visual Studio 2008, C# TeeChart ActiveX v8 Unicode I have seen the replies about displaying Chinese characters at runtime by using CodeUTF8String but what about at design time? I want the environment to select which language to use by what's in the resource files...
