This happens with the latest package (TeeChart Pro 8.02 Full Source Code) with the attached TeeRecompile.exe. I now have D2007 but I think I had this problem with D2006 and the TeeChart version 7 also.

Drop a TChart on a form, make it 2D, add a TColorLineTool and set its Draw3D property to False.

The when running the program, and when dragging the line using the mouse, NO temporary line is displayed until the mouse button is released as expected.
