I am trying to draw a semitransparent rectangle using the canvas. I saw that in the .NET version there is a transparency property for the brush however I can't find this property in the activeX 7 version. Is it possible to draw this rectangle in ax7?

How do I disable mouse wheel scrolling on a chart?. In the edit dialog for the chart I disabled the scroll by setting it to none however if I click on the chart and use the mouse wheel it scrolls the chart. I am using the activeX 7 version of teechart
