The chart editor (shown when right clicking on the chart object) looks ill designed to handle my 120dpi screen setting. Panels do not resize, text is off the dialog box etc. It makes it quite hard to set certain values. I am operating on a 1900x1600 screen and not quite willing to go to less than 12...

I am having a difficult time turning off 3D. Using the '3D' tab I can turn of the check mark and the chart in visual studio while still editing updates to show just 2D. However, when I actually run the application the left and bottom axis remain 3D.
