There is an error in the MarksTipTool.
The MarksTip are displayed wrong. The MarksTip value for X=1 displayes the value for X=0 and so on.

Create a Standard TChart. Add 2 LineSeries in 2D. Add a MarksTipTool.

I have project that uses XPManifest. When I call TQRChart.Preview() it fails with a StackOverflow exception.

I am using Borland C++Builder, Quickreport version 4.03 and TeeChartPro version 7.08.

Can you please help me.
