the Environment|Library|Library Path had been deleted. In addition the TeeChart Lib path was not added to the environment either but life is good now!

I am running d7, build 4.4.53 on xp, sp1 and I upgraded to TeeChart 7. I removed teechart 6 then installed 7 and I get this on any new or existing applications I try to build or compile. Can you tell me how to fix and what happened?

Probably a simple question but is this possible to do the above and how do I do it and if not, can I change the numbers it displays. I dont want the data displayed to be zero-based.

BTW, this charting tool, if you want to call it that, is truely amazing.
